Welcome to Paint by Danielle, LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client.

1. Business Information

Paint by Danielle, LLC is a South Carolina licensed and insured painting, wallpaper and carpentry business serving Fort Mill, South Carolina and surrounding areas such as Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and Indian Land.

2. Estimates & Quotes

  • Free quotes are provided within 24 hours of your consultation.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen issues arise, not visible during the initial inspection.

  • All quotes include labor only. The cost of paint is billed separately. Paint is purchased by Paint by Danielle, LLC at her contractor discount from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore, and this discount is passed on directly to clients.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

  • Accepted payment methods: Check or Zelle.

  • Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled start date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling with more than one week’s notice incurs no penalty, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.

5. Additional Work & Change Orders

  • If you request additional services after a quote has been approved (such as painting extra rooms, adding wallpaper, or custom carpentry), a new quote will be provided before work continues

6. Site Preparation & Client Responsibilities

  • Our team handles all furniture moving, wall décor removal, and surface preparation before painting or wallpapering.

  • We use drop cloths and protective plastic to safeguard your furnishings, flooring, and fixtures.

  • Clients do not need to empty kitchen cabinets; we carefully seal and protect all contents during the project.

  • For exterior painting, power washing is included at no extra cost. However, gutters must be cleaned prior to service. We do not offer gutter cleaning.

7. Materials & Paint

  • Paint costs are billed separately from labor.

  • Clients may choose from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paints.

  • If a client wishes to supply their own paint, Paint by Danielle, LLC cannot guarantee results or provide warranty coverage for that material.

8. Insurance, Licensing & Warranty

  • Paint by Danielle, LLC is licensed and insured in the State of South Carolina.

  • We stand behind our workmanship and use only professional-grade materials. However, warranties do not cover damage caused by structural movement, water intrusion, or improper maintenance after completion.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • Paint by Danielle, LLC may take before and after photos of completed projects for her portfolio and marketing materials.

  • No identifying client information or property addresses will ever be shared without consent.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Client contact information (name, address, phone, email) is collected solely for scheduling and project coordination purposes.

  • Paint by Danielle, LLC does not share, sell, or distribute client information to any third party.

11. Delays & Scheduling

  • Project timelines may vary based on weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
